There's something that just warms his heart so much each time the kid looks happy. Just the way he looks up at him, like the Mandalorian hung the stars and moon in the sky, well, that had been enough to make him go back for the little one to begin with. He's got no regrets at all about that particular decision.

He helps the little alien get dressed, even if the toddler seems very determined to try and do it himself. There's a large hood designed to fit over his wide ears and Mando pulls it up over his head to keep him warm on the way back to the ship.
